General
conditions of staying at Bull Lodge
- We
operate a strict NO SMOKING policy
anywhere inside the guest house.
- CHECK-IN
is between 14.00 hours (2 pm) and 20.00
hours (8 pm latest). By prior agreement
it may be possible to arrive and leave
your car from 12.00 hours mid-day.
- CHECK-OUT
is by 10.30 am on day of departure.
- We are not able to
accommodate children under 5 years of
age.
- You
are required to register on arrival,
supplying your full name and address. If
you are not a British Citizen you will
also need to supply passport or identity
card details.
Securing
your booking and paying for your stay.
We
accept payment in pounds sterling (GBP) only. To
secure a booking requires a deposit, normally a
minimum of £10 per person.
A
deposit may be made with either a Visa or
MasterCard credit card* or a UK Visa, UK Maestro
or UK Delta debit card.
There
is no handling charge when paying your deposit by
credit or debit card but if you pay the balance
of your stay using a credit card rather than a UK
debit card or cash then you will incur the
following additional handling charge:

Visa or MasterCard credit card payments are
subject to a 50 pence per person per night
handling charge. You should also be aware that
overseas credit card payments potentially incur
extra handling and currency conversion costs made
by the banks and directly charged to your card.
Cancellation
or Curtailment.
Your
deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right,
as prescribed in English law, to charge
two-thirds of the daily booking tariff for each
day the accommodation you contracted remains
unlet. To protect yourself against unforeseen
circumstances resulting in the cancellation or
curtailment of your stay we urge you to consider
cancellation insurance.
Should
you fail to take up your accommodation, without
notifying us, then you will forfeit your deposit
automatically and you may be liable to charges
for any further days you contracted as described
above.
