General
conditions of staying at Bull Lodge
- We
operate a strict NO SMOKING policy
anywhere inside the guest house.
- Our
latest CHECK-IN time is 21.00 hours (9
pm).
- CHECK-OUT
is by 10.30 am on day of departure.
- We are not able to
accommodate children under 5 years of
age.
- You
are required to register on arrival,
supplying your full name and address. If
you are not a British Citizen you will
also need to supply passport or identity
card details.
Securing
your booking and paying for your stay.
We
accept payment in pounds sterling (GBP) only. To
secure a booking requires a deposit, normally
£10 per person, minimum £20.
A
deposit may be made in the form of a personal
cheque drawn on a UK bank, a UK building society
cheque or Postal Order made payable to 'Bull
Lodge Guest House', Visa/MasterCard credit cards*
or Visa/Maestro/Delta debit cards**.
There
is no handling charge when paying your deposit by
credit or debit card but if you pay the balance
of your stay using a credit or debit card rather
than cheque or cash then you will incur the
following additional handling charge.
*
Visa/MasterCard credit payments are subject to a
50 pence per person per night handling charge.
You should also be aware that overseas credit
card payments potentially incur extra handling
and currency conversion costs made by the banks
and directly charged to your card.

Visa/Maestro/Delta debit cards incur a 50 pence
per transaction handling charge.
Cancellation
or Curtailment.
We
reserve the right, as prescribed in English law,
to charge two-thirds of the daily booking tariff
for each day that the accommodation you
contracted to book remains unlet. To protect
yourself against unforeseen circumstances
resulting in the cancellation or curtailment of
your stay we urge you to consider cancellation
insurance.
Should
you fail to take up your accommodation, without
notifying us, then you will forfeit your deposit
automatically and you may be liable to charges
for any further days you contracted as described
above.
